Now in it's 14th year, we have seen the Instinet All Girls International Rugby Sevens event grow from a humble event with only 10 teams to possibly the largest All Girls International Sevens tournament in the world with over 90 teams participating last year.
Last year we welcomed over 18 international teams and the 2020 tournament is looking to be bigger and better than ever with players flying in from all corners of the globe to take part. There is a real spirit of commaraderie across the two days and it's truly wonderful to see the game connect girls from different parts of the world.
Touch rugby is played in the U6 and U8 age bands and full contact 7's rugby played from U10 and above. With so many new teams entering the tournament it means new and exciting challenges for our home teams. We look forward and welcoming all to Kings Park. For those who cannot make the Saturday, you can still watch the action through the live stream feed which will be accessible via our Instinet All Girls International Rugby Sevens and Sai Kung Stingrays Facebook Pages.
A special thanks must be made to Instinet, our title sponsor, who have continued to support us. Without them this tournament would not be possible.
